I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the value for money was exceptional. The rooms were simple and clean, which is always a plus. Secondly, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged a knowledgeable local guide for me, who was ready to share tips and advice on any budget. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing! I was served a delicious morning meal that really set me up for the day.

Amazing garden and terrace, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful owners, organized meeting with tourism expert, delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and bread.

Had a great two-day trip in the heart of Sri Lanka. the location was perfect with everything in walking distance, including the famous temple. the private bathroom was clean and the hot water shower was very much appreciated. We enjoyed fresh breakfast every day and great coffee too. the staff was very friendly and attentive to all our needs.
The lack of furnishing in the room was a bit disappointing as we were expecting a bedside table or desk. We also had trouble with some of the sockets not working and wires coming out of the wall in the bedroom and bathroom.

I recently had a fantastic 2-day stay at a hotel in a central location, close to the heart of the city. The hotel owners were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They provided excellent service and were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Additionally, the breakfast provided was wholesome and satisfying, giving me the energy I needed for a day of exploring.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and everything was satisfactory.

The guesthouse is in a convenient location near popular sightseeing places and not far from the city center. the newly built rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and have AC/fan with hot water. the hospitable owners are very helpful and can arrange tours, trips or taxis. the breakfast is delicious and the food is home cooked. There is a nice terrace with a great view over the city, seating area, and balcony.
One of the guests had trouble with the solar panel hot water in the morning.

We had a great stay here - clean rooms, comfortable bed, and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a quiet area but still close to popular sightseeing places. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Transportation to the city center was easy, with tuk-tuks and buses available.
